In short, if you are on a 457 or 482 visa and you would like to move to a new practice, your employer is required to have a Health Workforce Certificate (HWC) and they also need to be located in a DWS.
The imminent DWS system changes are likely becoming more restrictive, we highly recommend finding a new job as soon as possible if you are planning to change employer.
