Why we want to know when you’re unhappy

You’ve joined a new practice and things aren’t going as you expected. Patient numbers too low? Not being supported appropriately by your practice? Here’s why we want you to talk to us about it.

In Australia, it is normal for us to sing praises when things are going great. But we are a lot less vocal when things aren’t going as planned, and tend to only confide in friends and family about our woes.
