Looking to move to a senior leadership Practice Manager job in a highly respected Western Australian organisation? This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced practice manager who wants to move to a state-of-the-art facility, with excellent package on offer and the opportunity to lead a team with a positive and encouraging culture.

Would suit a motivated individual who thrives in a busy, team environment and has the tenacity for leading a multidisciplinary practice.  Strong support from a 2IC and nursing staff will be provided.

Responsibilities: 

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced practice
  • Lead, coach develop and motivate – Senior Administration and Clinical Teams
  • Oversea and deliver a high level of customer care and best practice
  • HR – assisting with recruitment staff, conducting performance reviews and staff training
  • Policies & procedures –implementing practice policies which meet accreditation and standards and identifying opportunities for growth and process efficiencies
  • Complaint’s resolution – analyse and develop appropriate response to patient and staff complaints
  • Financial management – billing, monthly reconciliation, debt collection ordering, budgeting and proving reports to the management team

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3+ year Practice Management Experience
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Admirable interpersonal skills
  • Enthusiastic & motivated leader
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High level of organisational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Knowledge and experience of medical practice software
  • Exceptional understanding of Medicare
  • Computer literacy – all Microsoft Office suites
  • Diploma in Business Management – desirable, not essential
  • CRP / First Aid Certificate – desirable, not essential
