GP for Home visits and privately billed telehealth

Our client an experienced provider of home-visiting doctors. With over 30 years’ experience, they provide quality healthcare in the home on weeknights, weekends and public holidays.

You can dedicate yourself completely to this role or take it all on as a shared role. There is also the opportunity to combine this after hours work with day time private telehealth consults after our client was just awarded a contract with a major medical health cover provider.

We have some exciting vacancies for GPs looking for something that will enable them to boost their earning potential. This is the opportunity to be in control of your earnings! This group is based across the whole of Australia and they are looking for GPs to do; after hours, aged-care visits and weekend work at various locations.

• Doctors restricted by 19AB or 19AA are able to work in metro areas without relocation to a rural area. No 6 month time constraint
• Non-VR doctors not on AGPT or PEP are granted an initial 2-year placement.
• VR Doctors can access a NHD Provider Number instantly via PRODA

• Doctor Income Potential is excellent – working 30hrs a week VR GPs can earn $21k per month
• Non-VR Doctors (AMDS) can earn $17k per month

About The Practice

• After hours GP operates Monday to Friday 6pm – 8am | Saturday from 12pm | all day Sunday & Public Holidays
• A range of opportunities available – Short term (3, 6 & 12 months), long term and ongoing
• Part time or fixed roster patterns to align with your lifestyle & other work
• Flexible Service Fee dependant on days and hours you work per week

• No follow up appointments are necessary for after hours work
• Day time Telehealth work can be combined with this role
• Privately bill telehealth consults for a major health fund provider

About The Role

• help some of the more vulnerable patients in the local community
• offer a diverse range of clinical presentations to these patients.
