Effortless labour market testing

To protect Australian doctors and to avoid an oversupply of doctors, the government imposes Labour Market Testing (LMT) requirements for GPs and other industries.

Labour Market Testing refers to advertising for a position for the purpose of testing the local market with the intention of finding local vacancies for GPs. Should an employer not find any suitable Australian candidates and wishes to fill the position with an overseas doctor, evidence of LMT has to be supplied to the Department of Home Affairs in order to meet Employer Sponsored Visa requirements.

Run job ads

Then we will manage job ads and optimise them. If you require assistance with job advertising management, we will run your ads to meet LMT requirements.

Provide LMT evidence as required

Lastly, we will provide LMT evidence as required. We collect the required data and prepare the necessary evidence.

Pricing

  • Our LMT services start from $700 plus GST per quarter.
  • Price is determined on a case by case assessment.
  • Terms: Quarterly payment.
