Martina Stanley

Martina has been involved with medical workforce issues since 1996 when she established an organisation to coordinate recruitment and support for 750 postgraduate medical positions each year. Martina has worked as a senior manager and healthcare consultant for more than 20 years in Australia and New Zealand. Her career started in vocational education and training. More recently she has been actively involved in advocacy on medical workforce issues and current implementation of workforce issues. She also sits on the board of a large private hospital. She has also spent many years living and working in developing countries around the world like Africa and Papua New Guinea.

Monique Giron

Monique has a Bachelor of Economics from the University of Western Australia. As co-founder of Alecto Monique has now spent more than 10 years recruiting GPs to jobs across the country. Monique enjoys the challenges of growing Alecto and getting to know her candidates and clients. Monique directs the marketing finance operations for Alecto, her passion lies with finding new business opportunities. These days Monique loves spending time with her sons and enjoying the outdoors relaxed lifestyle that Perth offers.
Megan
Business Consultant & Manager

Megan Lewis

Megan is responsible for the registration and relocation of our medical candidates. In this role, she works daily with regulatory bodies such as RACGP, AHPRA, and Medicare. Megan also assists with the management of our consulting projects across primary health care. Megan has a Bachelor in International Relations and a Graduate Certificate of International Business from Deakin University. She is also a member of the Australian Institute of International Affairs and a councillor for AMRANZ. She has previously worked in the Workers Compensation Industry which involved liaising with injured workers. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, writing and going to the gym.

Megan is currently on maternity leave.

Christina
Consultant

Christina Panayi

Christina has a Bachelor of Psychology from Deakin University and a Human Resources qualification through Swinburne University. Christina has Practice Management experience within General Practice which enables her to provide unique insights when assisting with consulting projects. Christina is also involved in our recruitment operations, helping clients to find the right medical professional for their team. In her spare time she likes eating out with friends and spending time with her dog Django.
Jeremy
Digital Co-ordinator

Jeremy Harper

Jeremy has worked in various roles covering both Information Technology and Digital Marketing. He has also run his own successful web design business for over 12 years. He has a Diploma in Information Technology and Certificates in Software Development, Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing. His responsibilities are growing the digital presence of Alecto Australia and coordinating the activities of external consultants and agencies in the IT and Digital Marketing space. In his spare time he enjoys playing tennis, learning Spanish and spending time with friends and family.
Ryan
Account Manager

Ryan Tester

After working for years in restaurant management, Ryan moved into the health sector and was working in community health administration prior to starting at Alecto. He thoroughly enjoys working with new people and currently manages our locum doctors, and also supports our permanent recruitment operations. After living and working in the UK he has a keen interest in learning more about recruitment of UK and other international doctors. In his free time, he has a passionate love of film and an interest in sports nutrition.

I started my career in the hospitality industry, mainly focused on travel and hotel related roles. Eventually I took an opportunity that opened my career path in the health industry. I worked for a US-based healthcare staffing company recruiting Registered Nurses internationally and worked as an admin assistant at the same time. Currently I am supporting the back end of Alecto doing data management, recruitment admin, advertising support, bookkeeping support, and admin support. In my spare time, I enjoy reading books and novels, learning Japanese, and spending time with my family, friends, and fur babies.
Sherrie
Locum Coordinator

Sherrie Concepcion

I studied Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering. I started as an intern for my first job at a software company and then eventually worked there as a regular employee as a Software Quality Engineer. Then I moved to the health industry as a Patient Coordinator for a Healthcare staffing company in the United States for six years. During my free time I sell food as I love cooking and baking. I also enjoy watching series and films, reading books, and trying new restaurants around the city.
Deanne

Deanne Carter

Deanne has a Bachelor of Science (Exercise Physiology) from the University of Western Australia along with numerous postgraduate qualifications.  As a curious learner, Deanne has developed a wealth of experience in healthcare, working closely with GPs and Practices across both the pharmaceutical and medical indemnity insurance industries.

She combines her upbeat and consultative approach to ensure her clients not only receive a quality and professional service but are successful in achieving positive outcomes suited to their specific needs.  She’s a passionate golfer, dog lover, closet ballet dancer and lover of life.

Narelle
Account Manager

Narelle Wynter

Narelle has a Bachelor of Applied Science (Speech Pathology) from Sydney University and a Master of Arts (Linguistics) from Macquarie University. Narelle worked for 15 years at Central Coast Area Health Service before traversing the Nullarbor with her young family to re-locate to Perth. She has had a close association with GPs though her private speech pathology practices in NSW and WA, and has more recently worked with GPs and Practice Managers in her role within a major medical indemnity provider.

Narelle has a passion for making a positive difference, developing long-term relationships with her clients, and ensuring her client’s needs are met with the highest level of professional service. In her spare time, Narelle enjoys spending time with her family, engaging in CrossFit, swimming and cycling, and writing children’s books
